2026 A Grade Coach Appointments

For the first time in Trinity Aquinas history the club will be fielding teams in both the A Grade Men’s and A Grade Women’s competitions in season 2026.

It is with great pleasure that we can now announce both A Grade coaching appointments.

For the men, we welcome Daine Burnett to the club for the first time. In the wake of the departure of Adam Pickering, the club entered into a thorough process to find our new senior men’s coach. Daine ticked every box for us and we are absolutely thrilled to have him on board.

Daine has extensive coaching experience after spending 5 years as a senior assistant coach at WAFL level and most recently two years as the senior coach at Calingiri, amongst a myriad of other roles over the past 20+ years.

With a number of connections to the current playing list and past players, we believe Daine is the perfect fit for the role and has the ability to take this playing list to the next level.

We look forward to getting stuck into season 2026 with Daine at the helm!

Following a historic year for our women’s program, we eagerly await season 2026 and our first year in the A Grade competition.

After taking our league women to an undefeated B Grade premiership, it was an easy decision to re-appoint Daniel Cripps to lead the women into the next chapter of their story.

Daniel’s professionalism and passion were clear to see in his first year as senior coach and we have no doubt he is the best person to take our women’s program into A Grade and turn us into a successful A Grade women’s club, both on-field and off-field.

Congratulations Daniel, we are counting down the days to round one already!
