As per our constitution, all coaching roles are vacated and advertised each season. As such, below is an up-to-date summary of each position’s status. Accordingly, TAAFC is currently seeking expressions of interest for the following Coaching Positions for Season 2026:

Please note minimum requirements for all coaching positions are as follows:
- Foundation Level coaching accreditation via CoachAFL
- Current Working With Children Check
- High level communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Strong desire for success
- Ability to embrace TAAFC culture and work cohesively with coaches, players, club executives and members
- Ability to establish and implement appropriate training programs and game plans for relevant team
- Ability to create an environment that provides enjoyment, competitiveness and development
- Football background and coaching experience preferred
Additional requirements and experience may be desired for some roles.
